The RICCINI range offers a wide range of products for the electrical and telecommunications installation sector, as well as for the optical fibre network sector: PEHD high density polyethylene double-walled corrugated cables, PEHD monotubes and shredders (also of the “star” type), PVC rigid cable, PP polypropylene wells. All products are equipped with a wide range of accessories and special pieces and are characterized by high quality, reliability, easy and fast connection possibilities, but extremely effective. All of them comply with the relevant sector standards or technical specifications (e.g. fibre-optic sector). Flexible corrugated double-walled PEHD high density polyethylene cables for the passage and protection of electrical and telecommunication cables in underground installations. Smooth inside, they are equipped with a polyester thread-pulling device and a sleeve with locking fins.

In compliance with the sector regulations in force, they are characterised by excellent physical-mechanical performance and are particularly resistant to chemical agents.

Guaranteed 18 months from the date of manufacture against the action of UV rays with radiation equal to 100 ÷ 110 kly/year. Particularly noteworthy is the high legibility marking and the presence of a meter-marker numerator. CORRUGAR 450N is available not only in 25 or 50 m skeins, but also in 6 m bars with a sleeve equipped with anti-unthreading fins.

Manufactured using blends of raw materials containing at least 60% post-consumer recycled plastics (PSV) from separate waste collection, in accordance with the requirements of IPPR/KIWA certification (Certificate 022/2020) and meeting the Minimum Environmental Criteria (C.A.M.).

Manufactured in the 750N Newton Series, of ENEL type, they comply with the sector standards in force and are distinguished by excellent chemical and physical performance; also excellent resistance to chemical agents.

Polyphorous pipes in polyethylene PE with solid wall for the realization of fibre optic nets, with flat profile or “star” type. Equipped with internal longitudinal stripes in relief to reduce friction during the installation phases of the optical fibre, the individual tubes making up the tritubo are tangentially joined without interruption.

They are characterized by excellent performances and are subjected to strict tests during the whole working cycle, starting from the raw materials up to the finished product.

STELAR TRITUBE and PLANE TRITUBE can be easily reached with all the most common systems in use and their range is complete with all the accessories and fittings necessary for the various site requirements. Standard production in compliance with the technical specifications of the main national and foreign operators of optical fibre networks.

Customised colours, markings and technical characteristics such as diameters and thicknesses are available on request at quantities to be agreed.

Sleeved joint

Compact wall pipes made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), smooth on the outside and inside, designed for the passage and protection of electrical cables, mini-pipes for fiber optics, or telecommunications cables. Installation is quick and easy but extremely reliable. The joints are made using sleeves with fixing tabs that anchor to the fixing grooves at the ends of the pipes. Depending on the SDR class and diameter, they are packaged in rolls or bars. Suitable for use in applications involving trenchless installation techniques. A complete range of accessories is available.

In line with its corporate philosophy, which pays particular attention to environmental and ecological issues, Riccini S.r.l. has developed the REDLINE HDPE cable duct, with a minimum content of 60% PSV plastic polymer from separate waste collection. This gives concrete application to the company’s projects related to the growth and implementation of circular economies, which are essential for achieving acceptable levels of sustainability for the modern plastics processing industry.
