Pipes, fittings and special pieces in high modulus polypropylene PPHM or high density polyethylene PPHM, for the construction of non-pressure sewer systems and networks. All RICCINI products for this sector adopt a single junction system, with high hydraulic seal, to guarantee a level of quality performance which, in addition to being high, is homogeneous and constant. Interconnectable with each other and with networks of different, crackable and micro-crackable materials for different and specialized applications (drains, landfill applications, environmental remediation, use in viaducts, etc.)
TRIPPLO+ is a high strength pipe made of high modulus PPHM polypropylene with a triple layer wall for the construction of sewage systems. 
 
The joint system used has a high hydraulic seal common to all RICCINI products in the sector, of a socket type with pre-inserted elastomeric gasket and oriented according to the direction of flow. 
 
This type of joint ensures very high performance with regard to the ability to resist any overpressure of the fluid conveyed internally as well as against infiltration from the outside attributable, for example, to the presence of aquifers surrounding the installation. In addition, the TRIPPLO+ gasket is equipped with a rigid inner ring in PP to prevent slippage during installation operations. 
 
The production process also makes it possible to make the socket in a triple layer, ensuring that the SN rigidity class is maintained even in the joint section (considering the overlapping of the shank and socket, in the section considered the SN class is, in fact, almost doubled). 
 
 The particularly high performance characteristics are due to the use of a raw material such as PPHM, combined with the three-layer design of the walls, which makes it possible to optimise and implement the specific characteristics of the individual walls, obtaining a whole greater than the sum of the individual parts. 
 
The resistance is very important even at extreme temperatures, which allows TRIPPLO+ to be suitable for installation even at -10°C. 
 
Durability, abrasion resistance, ease and speed of installation, as well as the possibility of being cracked and micro-cracked, are combined with versatility and allow the product to be used in sectors such as viaduct or landfill applications (see also www.riccini.it/prodotti/applicazioni special). TRIPPLO+ is non-toxic and environmentally friendly and respects the balance of the subsoil.

In line with its corporate philosophy which pays particular attention to environmental and ecological issues, Riccini S.r.l. has developed, starting from TriPPlo +, the TriPPlo + PSV pipe, which has the intermediate layer made of second-life plastic, PSV, i.e. a mixture with a minimum content of 60% of polymer derived from production waste from PPHM pipes and fittings. In this way, corporate projects related to growth and the implementation of circular economies, essential for achieving acceptable levels of sustainability for the modern plastics processing industry, find concrete application. The two versions of the tube are totally interchangeable and equivalent in terms of performance and design, as well as compliance with regulations, so much so that, apart from those specific to second-life plastics, the two tubes share the same brands.

MONOPIPE+ is a high-strength, single-walled, compact, high-modulus polypropylene (PPHM) pipe for the construction of non-pressurized, underground wastewater pipes.
Also for this product of the sewage sector, the joint is of the socket type with a high hydraulic seal, and pre-inserted elastomeric gasket, oriented according to the direction of the flow. The gasket is also equipped with a rigid locking ring in PP.
This solution guarantees an excellent hydraulic seal, both in case of overpressure of the conveyed fluid and in case of infiltration from outside (e.g. aquifers).
The characteristics of the production process ensure the preservation of class SN in the section of the joint (there is no thinning of the wall during the blowing phase) and in fact, what is usually a weak point of the sewage pipe networks, for MONOPIPE+ and the other RICCINI pipes in the sector, this becomes our strength. MONOPIPE+ has high resistance over time and its performance does not diminish, thanks to the properties of PPHM, resistant to abrasion and with excellent physical, chemical and mechanical qualities.
Easy to install, reliable, suitable for installation at don to -10°C, usable also in installations that require high pressure cleaning or with chain scrapers (suitability certified by two different laboratories according to CEN/TR 14920:2005 and UNI EN ISO 9969).

KINGCOR is normalized on the internal diameter DN/ID; consequently, its useful capacities are implemented compared to the pipes normalized on the external diameter DN/OD. The stability and durability over time of the raw material PPHM, whose resistance to abrasion, a fundamental requirement for sewer pipes, is at least four times greater than that of materials such as stoneware and PVC (tested according to EN 295), is significant. Very resistant and performing, KINGCOR stands out for the simplicity and speed of installation, the high level chemical-physical characteristics, the absolute reliability of the joint, the ease of handling.

Double-walled PEHD high density polyethylene pipe structured for the construction of sewerage systems. The socket joint system with pre-inserted elastomeric gasket and oriented according to the direction of flow, allows to obtain a very high hydraulic seal. 

 
In order to guarantee the maintenance of this characteristic, while making SUPERFLUID suitable for use also in interconnection with networks of different materials, or equipped with old type joining systems, “dedicated” fittings have been prepared, equipped with the same joining system and “compatible” fittings suitable for joining with different type systems. The production process makes it possible to produce both the socket and the shank in double wall, guaranteeing the maintenance of the SN rigidity class even in the joint section (considering the overlapping of the shank and socket, in the section considered the SN class is, in fact, almost doubled). 
 
Riccini can now boast the absolute primacy in the ability to glass PEHD pipes, demonstrating the very high level of technological development and design achieved. SUPERFLUID, like almost all Riccini tubes, is crackable and micro-cracksable to be suitable for applications in other sectors, such as drainage.

The SIMPLE CROWN technical coupling is a fundamental complement to the RICCINI system of products dedicated to the sewerage sector. SIMPLE CROWN is a universal connection with a high hydraulic seal used to connect new users, interconnect sewerage systems, make connections to manholes, gullies and inspections. 

 
Made with advanced technologies, it combines a design designed to achieve maximum efficiency with precision in the construction of the details that ensure optimal performance and the best possible hydraulic seal. 
 
SIMPLE CROWN is manufactured with first class materials (body, flanges and saddle in polypropylene, rubber parts in EPDM, screws in steel) and stands out for the great ease of installation (see video “Assembly of SIMPLE CROWN”). 
 
Among the various, strict tests to which SIMPLE CROWN is subjected, it is worth mentioning the one for the determination of the hydraulic seal (UNI EN 1277 in accordance with ENI EN 13476-1, methods 1, 2 and 3) and the test of resistance to extraction with a test load of 200 kg and test duration of 180 min. The gaskets meet the requirements of standard UNI EN 681-1 WC. SIMPLE CROWN has also been successfully used for the realization of connections on viaduct applications.
